Florida Strawberry Festival

The Florida Strawberry Festival is an 11-day event that celebrates the strawberry harvest of Eastern Hillsborough County. 500,000 visitors each year enjoy livestock shows, small vendors, arts, live music, great food, and strawberry shortcake. Have a great time without breaking the bank. Adults pay $10, children under age 12 $5, while children aged five and under are free.
Up Up and Away Florida Hot Air Balloon Festival

Come check out giant hot air balloons and watch them fly off in the Florida night. You can even take a scenic hot air balloon ride. Live music, beautiful scenery, arts and crafts, food trucks, and helicopter rides are all available at the Up Up and Away Hot Air Balloon Festival. One day passes are $15, children under 12 come free.

Get your grub on and check out the Florida BBQ Challenge. This is a live cooking competition, so you know you’ll be eating the best. With live entertainment, vendors, and arts and crafts, there’s sure to be something for everyone. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Child Cancer Fund.
